STEL SRL grants deaf, totally blind, and partially blind users, or users whose household includes a deaf, totally blind, or partially blind person, regardless of the technology and connection speed chosen by the applicant, a 50% reduction in the monthly fee for all flat rate voice and data plans, exclusively upon proven medical certification.

STEL SRL guarantees to fulfill any user request to change their tariff plan, regardless of the connection technology, where technically possible.

The benefit will be effective from the date the application is submitted, complete with the aforementioned documentation, for the entire duration of the contractual relationship until the contract is terminated by the disabled individual or the cohabitant requesting the benefit is removed from the family register.
